Once again, NoLabelSoundz brought you Dance Till Monday (DTM) event on 25 October 2015. For the 8th series, DTM carried a theme called “The Passionate”. This time, they rocked Portico Terrace Bistro at Senayan City. As usual, the event started at 4 PM. As opening, Edwin & Debon took the deck with some chilling tunes. After the sun finally set, that’s when the party begun. Gowik took the stage and dropped some tracks to warm up the night. After Gowik, Raymond took the stage. However, there was also surprise for Gowik. Yes, that day DTM celebrate Gowik’s birthday. With all his family and friends, Gowik blew the candles on his birthday cake. All of us wish Gowik the best of luck. DTM’s Highlight this time was Apsara. Finally, Apsara came back to perform and dropped some House and Techno tracks. When she took the stage, the crowd starts to get excited. Tracks such as “Les Filles Blondes De La Mer” from Tigerskin and “Requiem of a Dream” by Johnny D made the crowd hyped up. We were so lucky to watch her before Djakarta Warehouse Project 2015, where Apsara was one of the line-up. She also made us wonder about what will she bring for Djakarta Warehouse Project 2015. After Apsara, Faried took over the deck. As usual, Faried brought his Progressive tracks. Faried didn’t make the crowd stop to catch a breath. With remixes from Sasha and Guy Gerber, Faried made sure that the crowd never sit back and relax during his set. Faried finished his set, it was time for DTM founder, Romi Idris, took over. Romi Idris’ performance was one of the highlight from the event. Every DTM series they released a limited DTM CD mixed by DTM’s Finest. This time, it was Romi Idris’ time to be featured in this CD. Tracks such as “050504” by Lee Van Dowski or Sasha’s remix of M People’s song “How Can I Love You More?” once again made the crowd crazy. Sunday almost over, but that fact didn’t stop 1MAN to brought out some massive Techno tracks. Once again, the crowd danced with excitement. 1MAN knows how to play with the crowd’s mood. Few times he dropped some beats and successfully made the crowd jump and danced. To close the night, Deny stood behind DJ deck and kept the crowd’s mood to the maximum level. Tracks such as “Swing 2 Harmony (Gabriel & Dresden Remix)” by Perasma and “Smooth” by Big Al played in a perfect time of night. When Deny ended his performance, everybody in the crowd clapped their hands and welcomed Monday with new spirit. Overall, DTM never fail to deliver great performance by its finest DJ. During Apsara’s performance, we noticed that it was full moon. You know what they say, moon gives different effect to your body. With those words, we conclude that DTM music plus full moon equals GREAT NIGHT!
See you on next DTM!
