"Hanya Untukmu" Marks New Collaboration Between Osvaldo Nugroho & Anji Manji

Travel often and far from family is one of the consequences when you have a profession as an entertainer. However, this consequence also applies to another line of work. Take Jakarta, for example. How many hours we spend on the road when we’re on our way to work place?

Anji Manji wrote a song called “Hanya Untukmu”. A song dedicated to all working parents who had to spend the time outside the house and far from family because of the work. This song really related to Anji personally, because as a singer, he often travel to numerous cities to attend concerts and gigs. His responsibilities makes him stay far from his beloved family for a while.

The same situation also happens to Osvaldo Nugroho. As one of the top DJ/Producer in Indonesia, he also need to travel a lot, even overseas, to perform in various events. The latest one, his Ibiza Tour with Trilions made him to leave his family for almost a month.

Both Anji and Osvaldo shares the same story and decided to collaborate together. This is the first time Anji released a song independently after his contract with previous label ended. Also Anji’s first song in electronic music genre. The reason why Anji asked Osvaldo to collaborate because Osvaldo is one of the prominent DJ/Producer who has received awards and acknowledgement in Indonesia’s dance music scene. Also they are close friends.

The song released on 5 October 2015 accompany with an official music video where you can watch below. The video was directed by Osvaldo. This video featured Osvaldo's daughter and Anji's son, where you can see interactions between two fathers and their children.
